The Importance of Protecting Wild Animals

The Importance of Protecting Wild Animals
Wild animals are vital to our ecosystem. They maintain balance—bees pollinate plants, and wolves control prey populations. However, many species are endangered due to habitat loss and poaching. Last year, I watched a documentary about pandas and learned only 1,800 remain in the wild. We can help by supporting conservation organizations, reducing plastic use, and spreading awareness. In my school, we started a “Save the Birds” project—we built birdhouses and planted native trees. Every life matters, and protecting wildlife is protecting our planet.
